Thank you for choosing our design services. We are committed to delivering high-quality creative work and maintaining clear communication throughout every project.
Payments & Deposits
All project payments, deposits, and retainers are required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Deposits secure your project booking and cover initial planning and creative development.
Non-Refundable Services
Because all design work is custom and created specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. This includes:

Branding work

Revisions

Digital & physical files and deliverables
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has begun, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
If a project is canceled after work has started:

The client will be responsible for payment covering all completed work and time invested.

Any remaining balance for unfinished work may be waived at our discretion.

Completed work will not be released until outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Revisions
We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind

Personal preference changes

Failure to communicate feedback in a timely manner

Delays caused by the client
Digital Products & Final Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable files, all sales are final once files have been delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances
We value client relationships and aim to resolve concerns professionally. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
